1. Graphic Designer

Description:

He/She will be required to develop and design concepts of promotion and marketing aid and use creativity and innovation to augment the corporate brand name.

Qualification, Skills, Experience :

• A qualified training certification/degree in the designing field preferably from a reputable institution with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Flash, Corel Draw, FreeHand, Sound Forge, etc.

• Minimum two years of experience

• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

2. Corporate Public Relations Manager

Description:

He/She will be required to interpret business needs, design and direct appropriate communication strategies and ensure positively of the corporate image in coordination with Serena Hotels' Public Relations Managers.

Qualification, Skills, Experience:

• Masters degree in Mass Communication/Public Administration/Social Sciences or any relevant area of study preferably from a leading institution with courses in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Communication, Graphic Designing, Print/Video Production, etc.

• Minimum two years of experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal Skills.

3. Assistant Director Sales

Location: Islamabad

Assist and oversee hotels sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. The incumbent should be ready to lead a team of Sales Professionals to overcome obstacles and achieve hotel revenue goals. The position is responsible for establishing jand directing the sales activities of the hotel to include measurable advertising and public relations in order to enhance the revenue in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.

Education and Experience:

MBA (Marketing) with at least 7-10 years of experience in industry. Must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures, rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others. Accompanied with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

4. Assistant Chief Engineer

Location : Islamabad/Quetta

Positions: 1/1

Position is responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the engineering division. Responsible for assisting over all Engineering activities of the property, and for preparing and implementing preventive maintenance, methods and techniques, improvement programs and other engineering projects.

Education and Experience :

Must be B.E. Electrical or Mechanical having 7-10 years of Experience. Work Experience in the hotel industry is a must.

5. Quality leader

Location : Islamabad

Position : 1

The Quality Leader will manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to assure product development and maintain quality by driving business alignment and alignment and objectives to meet industry standards. Through this position business objectives will be achieved by managing quality system design, controls, and continuous improvement. The position requires strong analytical skills, self empowerment and motivation. The incumbent will be required to manage, control and suggest quality initiatives in all the segments of the Hotel operations, it also requires use of statistical tools to analyze the data and will be responsible to suggest and implement creative and long lasting changes based on the statistical data.

Education and Experience:

Must have a Masters Degree and having 5-7 years of experience in hospitality industry.

6. Human Resource Manager

Location : Quetta

Position : 1

To develop a culture in which the associates are cared for, developed, motivated and empowered. To define and establish an appropriate work climate and Human Resources culture to ensure an organization commitment to its people thereby achieving maximum customer satisfaction & Organizational profitability.

Education and Experience :

Must have a Masters Degree with Major in HR and having 5-7 years of experience in hospitality.

7. Training Manager

Location : Islamabad

Position : 1

Responsible for designing, delivering and following up on the training and development activities. The incumbent will be responsible for the training and growth of all the new inductees taken on board for the expansion. Will take a constant feedback on ROI of the training done and future training needs.

Education and Experience :

MBA with major in HR or training and development with at least 4 years of practical training delivery experience. Previous Hotel exposure will be an advantage.

8. Assistant Housekeeper

Location : Quetta

Position : 1

To coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping department in providi9ng amenities & service to customers, ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, hospitality and comfort is maintained, as per organizational standards, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high employee morale.

Education and Experience :

Graduate having 5-7 years of experience in hospitality (Housekeeping).

9. Laundry Manager

Location : Islamabad /Faisalabad

Position : 1/1

Laundry Manager is responsible for providing leadership and a positive working environment, which promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction for the Laundry Service teams. This includes providing the direction, training, and oversight to Laundry Service staff to ensure that the facilities are provided with quality laundry services.

Education and Experience :

Must have Graduation degree with overall 7-10 years laundry experience (at least 3-5 years of experience as a laundry manager).
