Quetta Electric Supply Company Limited (QESCO) is a Public Limited Company engaged in Distribution of Power to the consumers in Balochistan Area in furthering the Socio-economic Development of the Region with the objectives of improving power Services as well as bring down the cost of electricity.

Job Profile: This position requires a highly competent HR Professional with diversified experience based on best practices framing HR policies & Procedures. Organizational structure, developing career management plans, Competency up gradation / re-training, recruitment and selection methodology and standards. Applicants should be well versed in formulating compensation structure, implementing incentive and motivational plans.

Qualification / Experience: Masters in HR, MBA or related subject from HEC recognized University Minimum experience of 10 years in large organizational / corporate sector as head of section / senior position.

Overseas qualification and experience would be a significant additional advantage. Membership of professional HR, OD, IR and management bodies would be a requirement.

The candidates should have an excellent track record of dynamic managerial performance. He should have demonstrated the foregoing attributes through action / decisions actually made in the past, where such actions / ability to decision have contributed significantly in improving the performance of their companies.

Age: Late 40's to early 50's

Salary Package: Gross six digit salary package (ceiling upto Rs, 130,000/-) per month , company maintained vehicle with 200 litres POL per month.

Tenure: The initial contract shall be for a period of two yeas extendable on satisfactory performance as per recruitment.
