Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), the largest Exploration and Production listed Company of Pakistan intends to hire services of a third party inspection company for conducting in Mechanical Integrity / Non-destructing Testing for the assists detailed in the relevant tender document at its all major fields / processing plants against rate running contract for a period of 03 years on as and when required basis.

Sealed bids in triplicate are invited against the following Tender Enquiry under two envelope bidding procedure from those companies who are capable of providing above services. Detailed terms and conditions and scope of work are mentioned in the tender document.

Tender Documents can be obtained on written request from the Procurement Representative at the reception of OGDC Ltd Head Office, Islamabad on any working day from 1000 hours (PST) to  1200 Hours (PST) enclosing a Pay Order/ Bank Draft (non-refundable) in favour of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, for an amount of Rs. 500/- for each tender. The request for insurance of tender document without complete mailing address, phone, fax & email address will not be entertained. Firms/Companies of other cities may send their request along with with P.O/D.D to GM (SCM) for dispatch of tender documents through mail/courier.

Bids of only those bidders would be entertained in whose name Tender Documents have been Purchased directly or through a local agent, therefore, copies of Tender Documents should by purchased according to the number of principals.

Technical portion of the bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond/bank guarantee form a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan for an amount of US$ 10,000/- (United States Dollar Ten Thousand only) or equivalent in Pak Rupee as Specified in the Tender Document.

The bids will be received at the reception of OGDCL House: Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan till 1430 Hrs (PST) on the date mentioned against above Tender Enquiry and will be opened publicly at 1500 Hrs (PST) on the due date in the presence of bidders representatives who may choose to attend the Tender Opening Completion of Technical Evaluation.

Pakistan Companies may seek foreign collaboration with the International Companies.
