Allied Band In Commercial & Retail Banking

Allied Bank is seeking dynamic, energetic and self-motivating individuals to join the Assets and Liabilities team in the functional areas of commercial and retail banking.
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
This position was earlier titled as Branch Manager, responsible to manage sales workforce and to achieve business growth targets of deposits, bancassurance and mutual fund products with special emphasis on CASA deposits.
Qualification: At least a bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com.) or related qualification from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Preferably up to 45 years as on January 31,2016.
Team Leaders - Assets (TLAs)
Responsible to evaluate and to review credit proposals (commercial, SME and agriculture); in coordination with branches and CAD. by adhering to all statutory as well as. policies and procedures of the Bank.
Qualification: MBA. M.Com., masters in banking and/or finance from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Preferably up to 40 years as on January 31,2016.
Credit Appraisal Reviewers - CARs (Commercial, SME & Agriculture)
Responsible to evaluate, review and to process the credit proposals (commercial. SME & agriculture) in coordination with relevant departments for efficient processing of credit approvals.
Qualification: MBA, M.Com. masters in banking and/or finance from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Preferably up to 35 years as on January 31, 2016.
Relationship Managers (RMs)
Responsible to enhance the existing assets (commercial/SME) portfolio, to achieve business targets, to add new relationships and to manage the current business relationships, in order to meet the defined business targets.
Qualification: MBA. M.Com, masters in banking and/or finance from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Preferably up to 38 years as on January 31.2016.
Agriculture Credit Officers (ACOs)
Responsible to enhance the existing as well as new agriculture credit relationships by developing contacts with progressive and potential farmers, as well as. agriculturists.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in the field of agriculture or in commerce from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience.
Age: Preferably up to 35 years as on January 31.2016.
Customer Support Officers (CSOs)
Responsible to maintain high standards of customer services at branches by handling customer requests, inquiries, assisting in account opening process, etc., in order to retain existing as well as to facilitate new customers.
Qualification: MBA, M.Com, masters in banking or finance and/or economics from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university.
CGPA/Division: Minimum 3.0 CGPA or at least 80% marks (where CGPA system is not available)
Age: Maximum 27 years as on January 31.2016.
Business Development Officers (BDOs)
Responsible to promote the Banks financial products, deposit mobilization. bancassurance and/or mutual funds products with special emphasis on CASA deposits in order to meet defined business targets.
Qualification: Minimum bachelors degree in the field of commerce, business administration, science and arts from a reputable university with at least 2nd division.
Experience: Preference shall be given to the candidates having prior liability sales experience.
Age: Maximum 35 years as on January 31,2016.
All the above mentioned positions are based at different location across the country.
